Robotic-assisted surgery allows surgeons to perform a wide range of surgeries through cuts as small as the size of a dime. Using a computer console, surgeons control a sophisticated camera and visual system to generate 3D high-definition views that are magnified for added precision. Tiny instruments mimic the actions of the surgeons hand movements.
